Really solid work here! There's a lot of things that stand out here and let me just point out the thing that stands out the most.

The girl on the left's hair, it looks fantastic! Something about that one twist on the top completes it. It looks really cool and stands out. You did a great job with the girl on the right as well.

I don't know these Youtube girls but I like how you captured their expressions! The eyes also look really great. You did a great job with the clothes as well, especially the neck area for the girl on the left.

The only criticism I can make is that the black lines don't stand out. It's the same throughout the entire image. Maybe you want to put slight emphasis on the parts you want to emphasize? But perhaps this was intentional, again a small criticism.

Also, the keys dangling from her neck don't reflect like metal would. Aaand that's about it for criticism. Overall, this is a really solid piece.

I'm going to be checking your artwork after this but according to your description, you don't finish your work much? Awww, I hope that doesn't remain the case! This is very cool work. Keep it up!
