Hi! I was looking at your commissions and had some thoughts/opinions to share... :)

At least to me, it seems like there are two main strategies for pricing commissions on DA. One is the "hourly wage multiplied by time spent" idea, and the other is "start low and raise prices as you get popular." People using the former method often don't get commissioned at all (due to competition) while people using the latter method get commissioned a lot, but at a very unfair rate.

I think your prices are appropriate when you consider the real worth of art, and the time/dedication it takes to create. But I don't think people on DA will buy it at this price... simply because there are hundreds of other artists who draw for less (unfortunately). So my question is, are you selling your art because you need the money? If so, it might be best to take a price cut in order to increase the number of commissions sold. Or you could sell your work off-site, where there is less competition and buyers have larger wallets.

I wanted to say this without picking the "prices are too high!" option, because your work is worth a lot of money, it just won't sell for that much on DA.

Hope this helps! Take it with a grain of salt since it's just my opinion
